COLONIES, WATER SPORTS CAMP - SANDS 2025

COLONY / CAMP 📅 PROGRAM CLASSES: Morning 🕥 block: 10:30–12:00, 12:00–13:30 Afternoon 🕒 block: 15:30–17:00, 17:00–18:30 Evening 🌙 block: 20:00–21:30 👥 Participants will be divided into 8-person groups, which will rotate to participate in various activities. 🚣‍♂️ Participants can enjoy a rich program of water sports on the waters of the Vistula Lagoon, games on the beach🏖️, swimming in the sea 🌊 and cycling trips 🚴. 🌆 In the evenings, team and field games will be organized at the resort. 🌧️ In case of bad weather – creative art classes🎨, integration games, badminton 🏸 and table tennis tournaments🏓, film screenings 🎬 and dance classes 💃. 🥇 During the entire stay, there will be sports competition in various disciplines – broken down by age and gender. The best results will be rewarded during the ceremonial bonfire 🔥 ending the colonies and the camp. PROGRAM 🎯 CLASSES: 🏄 SWIMMING ON sup BOARDS – learning to swim on boards, in pairs and individually. 🏊 SWIMMING – SWIMMING in the waters of the Vistula Lagoon and in the sea. 🛶 RAFTING – learning to row a 7-person inflatable boat. 🚣 CANOEING – learning and improving rowing, individually and in pairs, kayaking tours around the Vistula Lagoon. 🚤 MOTORBOAT SPORTS – swimming with a motorboat, learning to water ski, playing on a "banana" and "sofa" pulled behind a motorboat. CYCLING 🚴 TOURS – forest trails, bicycle paths along the Vistula Spit. 🏹 ARCHERY – learning to shoot from the bow, archery battle with foam arrows and protective masks. FIELD 🏖️ GAMES – sand sculpture competition, obstacle course, underpasses, sea games, volleyball, football, basketball, badminton🏸, table tennis🏓. 🥇 "SPORTS OLYMPIAD" – competition in various sports, divided into age categories and gender. OPTIONAL 💼 CLASSES (additionally payable in cash) RESCUER 🚑 COURSE – STAGE I, II – PLN 700 /required age: completed 12 years – 1st stage, 14 years – 2nd stage/ 🚤 MOTOR HELMSMAN COURSE – PLN 700 + exam cost /required age: over 14 years/ SAILING ⛵ CLASSES – learning to sail on "Optimist" and "Taz" boats – PLN 700 WINDSURFING 🏄‍♂️ CLASSES – learning to swim on boards with a sail – PLN 700 LASER 🔫 PAINTBALL (2 x 1.5 h) – field game – PLN 140 /replicas of real rifles, full of emotions clashes in a safe form/
