The training camp is aimed at people who would like to obtain the yacht sailing degree. At the camp, we spend most of our free time on an intensive training program. We do not just pass on dry knowledge, our mission is to prepare young sailing adepts to run a yacht on their own in the future. During the 2-week camp, a full theoretical and practical program is carried out. The camp ends with a state exam, after which you will be able to make your first sailing patent. The examination for the Patent of a Yacht Sailor may be taken by a person who is 14 years of age or older on the day of the examination. 🔹 CONDITIONS OF STAY: 8-person ⛺ tents – equipped with a canoe-type canopy bed with a mattress ⚠️ ATTENTION! Sleeping bag, blanket and mattress – on your own 🚿 WC and showers – available at the resort 🍽️ Canteen – with good, homemade food 🏖️ Beach with lifeguard and yacht port ⛈️ In the event of a storm or thunderstorm – a prepared place of shelter in the building
Event programme
CAMP 🔹 PROGRAM: Full theoretical and practical training for the yacht sailor's degree. The training takes place on Tango 730 yachts with a Honda 6 hp outboard engine, equipped with full safety and rescue equipment. At the end, we organize a theoretical and practical exam. Examination fee: PLN 125 (payable in cash on the day of the exam — for LOZŻ). On the day of the exam, the participant must be at least 14 years old. 🔹 METHOD OF QUALIFICATION: Age of participant: 14–19 years old Consent of the participant to participate in the camp program Payment for the camp within the prescribed period Sending a scan of the completed participant card (pp. 1 and 2) to the following address: 📧 dorota.bojda@fundacja-hobbit.pl - before the start of the camp Providing the original participant card and health declaration – for the pre-departure collection Booking a place does not guarantee participation in the camp. 🚫 RESIGNATION FROM THE CAMP: In the event of resignation after 07.06.2024 – the organizer reimburses 50% of the camp costs. In the case of early departure from the colony – only partial food costs will be reimbursed: PLN 50 for each day of absence over 3 days, and only at the request of the parents reported to the camp manager before its end. ❗ The refund does not apply to persons disciplinarily removed from the camp.

🔹 ON EACH TOUR, THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF TAKING ADDITIONAL TRAINING AND EXAMINATION TO MOTOR HELMSMAN STAGE: ✅ REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN THE LICENSE: Completed 14 years of age Passing the examination for the degree of motorboat helmsman 🛥️ PERMISSIONS: Driving motor yachts on inland waters Driving motor yachts with a hull length of up to 12 m – in internal marine waters – and other marine waters in the zone up to 2 Mm from the shore, during the daytime Persons under the age of 16 can exercise their rights on motorboats with an engine power of up to 60 kW (1 kW = 1.36 hp) 💰 COSTS (additionally payable, regardless of the price of the camp): Training – PLN 1,350 (payment to the account of the Hobbit Foundation) The cost of the exam – PLN 125 (fee for the Sailing Association – students) Patent – PLN 25 (fee for the Motorboat Association – students)
