A stay in Zakopane is full of opportunities for active recreation. On the Polish side of the Tatra Mountains, tourists have almost 300 kilometers of hiking trails at their disposal. Not far from Hyrne there are Kuźnice, from which you can go out to Nosal or to Hala Gąsienicowa and Goryczkowa. You can also go by gondola to Kasprowy Wierch, from where there are trails to Świnica and in the direction of Czerwone Wierch. Nearby there is also the Road under Reglami, which leads to almost all Tatra valleys. In turn, from the hill you can reach the White Valley, Strążyska, Za Bramką, Ku Dziura, Mała Łąka, Kościeliska and Chochołowska.

Right next to the Hyrna Center, there is a bicycle path that runs through almost the entire Zakopane. It starts at the railway station. Cyclists, starting the route there, pass through Rówień Krupowa in the direction of Krupówki. Then the path leads to the Wielka Krokiew ski jumping hill and further to Kuźnice, from where the cable car to Kasprowy Wierch departs. Many Tatra trails have their beginnings in Kuźnice and under Wielka Krokwia. Some of them were made available to cyclists, such as the road under Reglami and the trail to Kalatówki.

Children and adults thirsty for active recreation and strong impressions can go to the rope park. It is located a few hundred meters from the Hyrna Centre. The Tatra National Park is a unique place and the scale of the whole of Poland. The Tatras, as the only mountains, are alpine in nature. Thanks to marked and well-marked hiking trails, they attract millions of tourists thirsty for mountain hikes every year. It is also worth wandering, because only on the Polish side of the Tatra Mountains there are almost 300 kilometers of hiking trails left. In addition to the valleys and peaks visited by tourists, there are also caves. Most of them are visited by specialized people, but there are also places where an ordinary tourist can enter.
