Villa HEATHER & Belvedere, was built as a hunting palace at the end of the 19th century, just like most of the architecturally unique buildings in the then German town of Bad Kudowa. The building was erected at the main artery of Kudowa, the road leading from the Spa Park to Szczeliniec and the Erratic Rocks. Such a location made the building from the very beginning an excellent oasis for rest for the aristocracy and hikers travelling in carriages. The facility was also a stepping stone for sanatorium doctors who entertained and rested in unique interiors and a unique ballroom with a mezzanine. The object was originally named Glatzer Rose, i.e. Kłodzko Rose - a beautiful yellow rose that has been known as a symbol of the Kłodzko Land for centuries. After the war, the building was plundered and neglected, it passed into subsequent hands, including in accordance with the then policy and nomenclature to the FWP as "Dawn". The systemic transformation and the entire 1990s were a continuation of the devastation and looting of a building that could not find a new owner. It was not until 2000 that the current owners began the arduous and intricate process of comprehensive renovation of the historical interiors of the villa. Today, the building is slowly returning to its original splendor, combining the atmosphere and atmosphere of a 19th-century mansion with the standards of modern trends in the hotel industry.
