The estate is fenced and child-friendly, with an integration hall equipped with a projector, screen, and multimedia sound system.
On nearly 1.5 hectares of green space, children can enjoy a pond, a campfire glade, a playground, a gym, and a sauna. The estate also offers sports fields, bicycles, and plenty of space for outdoor games, providing active and safe time in a natural environment.
