Orienteering is a sport combining running, navigation, and decision-making skills. Competitors aim to find control points in the right order as quickly as possible using maps and sometimes compasses.
How to Run Orienteering?

Orienteering competitions take place in various terrains such as forests, mountains, parks, or urban areas. Courses can be short and intense or long, requiring physical endurance and navigation skills. With many different age categories and skill levels, both beginners and experienced athletes can participate.

Orienteering develops physical, mental, and strategic abilities. Competitors must make quick decisions, choose the best routes depending on the terrain, and find control points in changing conditions. It's a demanding and exciting sport that encourages the development of navigation skills and quick decision-making in a dynamic outdoor environment.
