Wisła, known as the Pearl of the Silesian Beskids, is nestled in the valley of the Wisła River and at the foot of Barania Góra. It is a popular spa destination, enchanting with its charm and beautiful views. Both in summer and winter, it attracts tourists with its many attractions, especially if you're taking your children on vacation.

It's known that children are demanding tourists. They quickly get bored and want as much entertainment as possible. Ordinary sightseeing often isn't enough. So, what attractions for children can we find in Wisła in the summer?

For young winter sports enthusiasts, a visit to the "Adam Małysz" ski jump is a real event. Children can feel the thrill by standing on the jump's runway and admiring the view from the start platform. Additionally, the ski jump area has an interactive Olympic Center where children can learn about the history of ski jumping and Olympic competitions.

Currently the most modern cable car of its kind in the Beskids. In summer, it's worth taking a ride to the upper station just to enjoy the summer toboggan run or visit the falconry, where the main attraction is the white-tailed eagle.

After a long modernization completed in 2021, the pools in Wisła are open again for everyone seeking refreshment on hot days. The Bathing Park has been renovated and now offers two spacious pools with pleasantly heated water. It's the perfect place for swimming and water fun. Additionally, there are slides, a beach volleyball court, and many attractions for children. If you're hungry or need a break, you can visit the cozy café in the park.

This rope park offers unforgettable experiences for children and teenagers. Located on the Pasieki Training Ground, it consists of various climbing routes of different difficulty levels. Children can overcome obstacles like bridges, rope slides, and zip lines. The park ensures maximum safety by providing specialized protective equipment and instructors.

Wisła boasts a new, charming attraction located in our area, in the Nowa Osada district, just a few steps from Osada Kamratowo. The extensive recreational area, stretching along the Wisła River, offers various attractions. On-site, there is a modern playground that will provide children with lots of joy and fun. Additionally, for those wanting to maintain physical fitness, there is an outdoor gym available for training and staying in shape. Soccer enthusiasts will have the opportunity to admire local teams on a professional field, which serves as a great arena for sports competitions.

Located near Wisła, in Ustroń, is the Forest Park of Surprises. This atmospheric park is a real paradise for children. Surrounded by forest, it offers many attractions such as swings, trampolines, a mini-zoo, and even a mini-amusement park. Children can also participate in art workshops, educational activities, and nature classes organized in the park.
📍 Educational Trails and Hiking
The Beskids offer many scenic hiking trails adapted to children's abilities. Family hikes, for example to Barania Góra, can be not only an adventure but also a way for healthy physical activity and close contact with nature.

Being in Wisła, which has rich skiing traditions, it's worth visiting the Ski Museum located in the "Zimowit" facility. It contains a rich collection of skiing equipment and old skis, including ones from the late 19th century and the 1930s. Among the exhibits are Adam Małysz's skis, on which he won the Polish Championship.

This gallery showcases all of Adam Małysz's victories in ski competitions, both national and international. Among the numerous exhibits, the most precious are the medals he won during the Salt Lake City and Vancouver Olympics, as well as the World Championships. There are also the Crystal Globes, symbolizing his triumphs in the overall World Cup standings. The gallery also hides many other memorabilia from competitions and a rich collection of skiing equipment that accompanied our ski jumper throughout his career.
📍 Adam Małysz White Chocolate Figure

The chocolate figure of Poland's greatest ski jumper, Adam Małysz, was made in 2001 by confectioners from the Polish Confectioners Association as a thank you to the Wisła champion. It was created from a block of white chocolate weighing 330 kilograms. The figure is 2.5 meters tall and weighs 180 kilograms.
