Recovery and Regeneration 🏊 After intense training, enjoy recovery sessions in the pool, helping to improve muscle recovery, reduce fatigue, and keep you performing at your best throughout the camp. Camp Duration ⏳ 6-night program: 30 hours of coaching, workshops, and training (Sunday to Saturday). 3-night program: 16 hours of coaching, workshops, and training (Sunday to Wednesday).
