Football groups are dedicated to players aged 10 to 20. Only players training in football clubs and academies can participate in our groupings. At our football camps, we take into account the macrocycle of preparation of players in clubs.
Our cluster microcycle is based on:
– control of training loads with the help of sport testers️
– shaping motor skills, such as: strength, speed, endurance, coordination motor skills, flexibility 💪
– improving individual technique through individual football training ⚽
The entire microcycle of our football grouping takes into account the disposition of the participant's day,
which means that the schedule of the day is set after the end of the training day 📅
We start our football camp with diagnostic tests,
which allows for an individual approach to the training of each participant of our group 🎯
≡️ Athletes train at least twice a day for up to 120 minutes (depending on the type of training)
