The FPUNKT Association is a non-profit organization whose aim is, among other things, to support the development of scientifically gifted youth. We organize educational camps with a mathematical and natural profile, during which participants take classes in physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, programming and social competences conducted by experienced teachers and science enthusiasts. Our programs combine a high level of content with an atmosphere of discovery, cooperation and fun.

Key actions:

1. Organization of scientific camps Osada Wiedzy. For many years, the Association has been gathering young people gifted in the field of science and organizing scientific camps for these young people, Osada Wiedzy. We have been organizing scientific camps since 2011, initially as a public junior high school, and then as the FPUNKT Association. We bring together teachers of physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics and programming who are the best in the local environment, because their working methods are innovative and bring measurable results. Students gifted in science take part in the camps. Many of them become laureates of Olympiads and subject competitions, as well as choose engineering studies.

2. Implementation of the project "Capable children will manage on their own... or maybe you need to help them? How to support a student with special talents" organized on November 2-8, 2022 at the Wejherowo Cultural Center in cooperation with the District Starosty in Wejherowo, the Wejherowo City Hall and the District School Complex No. 2. The project assumed the implementation of conferences for parents, teachers and educational activities for students. During the conference, we talked about the value of science, as well as the development of social competences.

3. The LIFE SKILLS project – the foundation of social competences of the 21st century for all students, parents and teachers from schools in the Nowa Wieś Lęborska commune. 5 schools took part in the project, in total we covered 165 students for whom we completed 462 hours in the field of developing social competences, 200 teachers and 220 parents.

4. Project Together in Harmony – emotions and relationships in the school community for all students, parents and teachers from schools in the Nowa Wieś Lęborska commune. The project will be implemented from June to December 2025 in a total of 5 schools. The project assumes the implementation of programs in the field of social competences recommended by Marek Kamiński, i.e. the Soward Lifehack program and the "...At the Poles" program for students and workshops in the field of well-being and educational competences for teachers and parents.

5. The "Success is not measured by assessment" project implemented in the school year 2024/2025 addressed to science teachers and students gifted in science. In total, 12 primary schools and 6 secondary schools were covered by the project. In November 2024, a scientific conference for teachers was organized, attended by 180 teachers and representatives of local government institutions. During the conference, 23 representatives of local government institutions signed a letter of intent expressing their support for the project. Our mission is to continue such initiatives, developing education based on relationships and mutual support – as we do in the Knowledge Settlement. A total of 1,112 students were involved in the project.
