MULTISPORT CAMP 6 DAYS

PLAN OF THE MULTISPORT CAMP: 8.00 - wake up 8.30 – breakfast 10.30 – morning block of program classes in coeducational age groups: A, B, C, etc. 3 x 45 min. with breaks 13.30 – dinner 15.30 – afternoon block of program classes in coeducational age groups: A, B, C, etc. 3 x 45 min. with breaks 18.30 – dinner 20.00 – evening block of program classes divided into younger and older 9.30 pm – night silence Participants of a similar age are assigned to groups for program classes. Groups will consist of up to 10 people. A full-day program of classes in the above-mentioned disciplines is prepared for each group. Classes take place in three hour blocks. The first block of classes will take place after breakfast and will last 3 x 45 min. with breaks until lunch. The second block will start after the lunch break and will last until dinner in the size of 3 x 45 min. with breaks. After dinner, integration classes will take place in block three, i.e. field games, discos and bonfires with an animation program (sketches, quizzes, competitions) in the size of 2 x 45 min. with a break. FOR WHOM? KIDS - a lot of fun. In this age group (I-III class), participants will get acquainted with the sports and tourism disciplines through fun. For this purpose, we will use the motto of the Polish Enlightenment poet Ignacy Krasicki so that "while entertaining, teaching to entertain". In preparation for classes, in the implementation of hygienic activities (e.g. brushing teeth) and maintaining order in the rooms, the children will be helped by a properly trained babysitter - educator. CADET - the program of classes will be adapted for people from 4th to 6th grade. In the organization and conduct of program classes, in addition to the playful form, there will also be a strict form enabling quick learning and improvement of technical elements of various sports and tourist disciplines. JUNIOR - the program will be dedicated to people above the 6th grade. There will be a lot of program classes in the task form, of course there will also be fun and a strict formula for the implementation of the classes.
