Parents will be part of a whatsapp group and will receive regular updates, photos and an accurate return time. Parents have the option of following us on Life360 where you can track our whereabouts during the day. You will be sent a code to join our circle. How to join: You will be sent a link via the whatsapp group. Click to join our circle. You will need to share your location with us to see us. Both groups will be deleted at the end of the day. Return time We aim to return around 530pm at Kingston & Twickenham & 5pm at Waterloo. All kids camp timing depends on trains and other factors out of our control. Parents will be kept informed and we will give you plenty of notice. Your child’s safety is our top priority. We are a registered company, fully insured, DBS compliant, have full training and have carried out all checks and risk assessments for each individual step of each individual activity. A first aider is on every trip with OFSTED recognized paediatric first aid training. Only age appropriate activities are scheduled with opt out & quiet time options for all children if needed. The Tween Tribe is a registered supporter of the Children’s Activities Association (CAA), aligning with their standards for safety, quality, and professionalism. Any additional documents are available on request, please email if you still have any questions. People from outside the United Kingdom are required to purchase additional insurance.

Holiday club fun starts at the train station! Look for the red caps! Twickenham: Meet at 10.15 inside the train station. We will be taking the 10.23 train - arriving at Waterloo at 10.49 Kingston: Meet us outside the "Photo-Me" photo booth inside the station at 9.50. We will be taking the 10.04 train to Waterloo, arriving at 10.34. NOTE: The Kingston group will be with our seasoned teen helper. Your child will not be covered by the Tween Tribe insurance while on the train. Cover will start when they join the main group at Waterloo. Waterloo tweens: we will meet you on the benches opposite platform 18 at 1050. Twickenham & Kingston tweens will come and collect you when they arrive. Travel costs Zip card is the easiest and cheapest way to travel. These need to be ordered in advance Cards can be ordered here (age 11+) or here (age 10) With a zip card: 10 yrs - travel is free with a zip 11 + from Twickenham - £3.00 £1.90 from Waterloo NO ZIP? please purchase a junior return from the station.
