Soccer Camps – Your Chance to Enhance Your Skills

Professional training camps are becoming an increasingly popular way to spend holidays. We asked Mr. Janusz Dajwłowski, managing director of Sport Future, to shed some light on this form and answer frequently asked questions. You can check the current travel offers here.
Who attends the consultations?
We need to differentiate in various aspects here.
We mostly attract players and parents who are aware and ambitious about a professional career. We work with extremely talented players as well as those who want to catch up with the best through hard work.
In terms of girls, national team representatives in age categories U13, U15, U17, as well as players from the USA, Mexico, and Germany, have announced their participation in summer camps.
How do we collaborate with players after the camps?
Every player can choose to work with us in individual live and online training after the camps.
Regarding remote cooperation, we do it based on monitoring the training process in clubs and if we see untapped potential, we seek to supplement club training. Our consultations must align with the goals of club coaches.
Do club coaches agree to this?
Initially, 17 years ago, there were significant issues, but now individual training has become part of the training process in many Polish clubs.
Why is this happening?
In top academies, the level of players is balanced, but in semi-amateur and amateur settings, it varies greatly.
Why scouting camps?
For 15 years, we have been searching for top talents for clubs in the Bundesliga and Poland.
What about other players?
Others can expect a change of club, adjusted to their level. At camps, participants work with qualified coaches who can identify and help develop individual skills. It’s an opportunity to learn new techniques and tactics essential on the field.
How is a player assessed?
We assess players based on motor tests, mental tests, health assessments using a quantum bio-magnetic analyzer providing over 600 indicators of the body's condition. We also conduct a physiotherapeutic evaluation and finally compile a report on pure soccer skills.
How long does collaboration with a player last?
Players with the longest tenure work with us for up to 10 years, those at a professional and semi-professional level.
Who currently benefits from our consultations?
These are players from the best clubs in Poland, the USA, Mexico, Germany, and Norway.
What distinguishes the training at camps?
The entire training cycle is tailored individually to each player, so if we don’t know a player, we present the training plan during and after the camp.
How do we divide players and in what groups do they work?
Players in soccer training are divided based on skills, biological age, or individual technique and tactics shaping goals.
In mental training, each is given goals based on mental tests.
How many training sessions are held daily at the camp?
The number of training sessions is individually adjusted for each player.
It all depends on the level of motor preparation in terms of speed endurance or general endurance, i.e., the body's ability to adapt to effort. Our main goal for new players is to break the psychomotor fatigue barrier, allowing them to step out of their comfort zone and work with higher loads later.
For intermediate players, we also offer enjoyable optional excursions.
All while using passive and active recovery methods, including:
- rolling
- manual massages
- cryotherapy
- lymphatic drainage
- variable magnetic field device Viofor JPS
- sauna
- jacuzzi and more.
