The organizer of the "Book and Benefit: Get a 50 PLN Voucher for Allegro!" promotion is Julia Pisarska, trading as Mente Spółka Akcyjna, Plac Zwycięstwa 2, 90-312 Łódź, NIP 7282875373, KRS 0001044782.
Promotion Duration
The promotion is valid from November 22, 2023, to November 30, 2023.
The promotion is valid within the territory of the Republic of Poland and applies to offers listed on fajnyczas.pl.
Promotion Conditions
The promotion is available to individuals with full legal capacity, acting as consumers under Article 221 of the Civil Code (“Participants”), who meet all the following conditions:
During the promotion period, the participant, via fajnyczas.pl, books at least one offer for winter camps, colonies, and retreats on the site,
The participant pays the full price for the selected offer by November 30, 2023,
The participant does not cancel the reservation if cancellation is allowed for the chosen offer.
Rewards
Each participant who meets the Promotion Conditions will receive a 50 PLN voucher for use on the Allegro platform.
The voucher value is always 50 PLN, regardless of the reservation price made by the Participant.
In case a participant makes more than one reservation within the same or several offers on fajnyczas.pl, while fulfilling other Promotion Conditions.
Vouchers are electronic and will be sent by email to the address provided by the Participant.
The participant is entitled, but not obliged, to use the voucher within 12 months of making full payment for the reservation. Failure to receive the email containing the e-ticket or failure to use the electronic ticket does not result in any claims against the Organizer.
If the reservation is canceled after receiving the electronic ticket, the participant is required to return it. If the voucher has been used in whole or in part by the participant, they must return the equivalent amount to the Organizer within seven days of effective cancellation, to the Organizer's bank account number: 81 1050 1461 1000 0090 3298 2721.

Tax
Electronic tickets provided to Participants under the Promotion are exempt from personal income tax under Article 21(1)(68) of the Act of July 26, 1991, on personal income tax.
Complaints
The right to file complaints regarding discrepancies in conducting the Promotion with this Regulation.
Complaints may be submitted by Participants to the email address kontakt@fajnyczas.pl
A complaint can be submitted within fourteen days from the date of the event that led to the Organizer's breach of the Promotion rules.
The complaint should include the name, surname, and a detailed description of the situation that caused the complaint.
The complaint will be reviewed within fourteen days of receipt by the Organizer. A response containing the complaint review will be sent to the email address provided by the Participant, or if not provided, to the address from which the complaint was sent.
Final Provisions
Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions may be introduced with seven days' notice, by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on www.gofunlo.com
